Kenzi-Hotels count around 1500 collaborators today and project the creation of 1000 jobs by 2007. Thus, to optimize its human resources, the Kenzi-Hotels Chain is strongly engaged in an approach focussing on human progress, which will make it possible for the chain to offer all its effectiveness and all its performance.
 

The essential points of our human resources policy are as follows:

- A constant training policy
For KENZI Group, the training policy is a permanent pledge of progress and of promotion for our collaborators. The in-service training is highly valuable in the development policy of the Group. It is an important factor in the development of the skills and the management of the careers of our employees; it strongly contributes to the success of our objectives.

- A social policy inspired by values
The social policy is central to our human resources strategy, a policy which is growing richer and moving ahead thanks to the social dialogue regularly maintained between the two social partners. This social policy translates of course the willingness of the chain to recognize the contribution of its collaborators to its development through the proposal of a range of various welfare advantages inspired on the whole by the socio-cultural values of Morocco. Thus, in a country where the family is placed before the individual, we have to meet the family short and long-term needs.

- An active employment policy
The Kenzi Group is an important job provider through its network of ten hotels located in the principal tourist cities of the Kingdom. Its recruitment policy open to training enables the group to provide its various hotels with the best skills and on all the levels.

 
 
 

Kenzi-Hotels are determined to adequately train and to inform all the employees about all the aspects related to their tasks to better cope the demands of the customers.

Moreover, Kenzi-Hotels encourage and support their employees in their personal efforts to master the fields connected directly to transactions with the aim of improving their background knowledge, their output, their professional development and their career opportunities.

To maintain the quality of its human resources and to increase its organisational capacity, Kenzi-Hotels group sets up for each hotel a training plan. These training plans focus on specific training activities concerned with service standards peculiar to Kenzi-Hotels. In addition, personalized training activities designed and supervised in collaboration with Moroccan and foreign specialized professionals allow the employees to excel in their work.

The goal of Kenzi-Hotels through these training schemes is to give each employee the opportunity for self-development and at the same time, to widen his field of expertise.

 

The range of the social privileges strongly appreciated by the collaborators is characterized by a powerful protection system, pension plans and several other advantages ensuring the prosperity and the welfare of all collaborators:

PILGRIMAGE PROGRAM
In order to highlight the number of years of service, but mainly in way of appreciation and recognition of the contribution of their oldest employees, Kenzi-Hotels send each year not less than 13 pilgrims to Mecca chosen by means of drawing of lots; the group also covers all the travelling expenses, in addition to the attribution of allowances to help the pilgrims achieve the pilgrimage in the best possible conditions.

A reception offered to the future pilgrims is organized for this purpose in a convivial environment.
